is Hypnosis ?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind
which often combines relaxation with a focus of attention. The ability
to push the outside world away as we might find while reading a good
book or watching a film at the Cinema. Conversation is quite possible
during hypnosis and is absolutely necessary during Analytical therapy.
You will know everything that has
happened during a session of hypnosis and are still in control of your
thoughts and actions at all times.
Will I be able to
be Hypnotised , does it only work for certain people ?
Due to Hypnosis being a
natural state of mind anyone who is willing to be hypnotised can be
hypnotised unless they are under the influence of Alcohol or drugs.
How will I feel after
Hypnosis ?
You will feel fine and be able to get
on with your life as normal just as if you had put a good book down to
get on with something else.
How many sessions will
it take to get rid of my problem ?
The number of sessions depends on the
form of therapy you are having. Simple stop Smoking will only require
a single session. Weight Loss is often recommended to have a course of
treatment consisting of 2-3 sessions and Analytical therapy for
deep seated problems such as
obsessions,
Depression and
phobias will typically require 8-12 session at weekly intervals

and is there parking nearby ?
The St Neots Clinic is very easy to
find as St Neots rests just off the A1 and is within 30 minute drive
of St Ives, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Cambridge and Bedford.
There are 4 in town car parks (pay and
display approx. 30p for an hour ) and within 5 minute walk ample free
parking in the riverside car park.
