Hypnosis is the answer to many sexual problems

Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation can also lead to a lack of confidence, depression, sense of failure, low self-esteem and other emotional issues. Problems ejaculating may also be triggered or aggravated by issues such as guilt, fear, and performance anxiety , especially in the inexperienced partner or with partners new to each other. Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual dysfunction in men younger than 40 years old.

see Premature Ejaculation page

Impotence

Also known as Male Erectile Disorder or Erectile dysfunction, impotence is where men find it difficult to get an erection, or cannot maintain an erection during sex. This can lead to feeling like a failure, frustration, feelings of inadequacy, feelings of rejection and feeling 'on the spot'

Vaginisimus

Hypnotherapy can help vaginisimus, a sexual problem affecting women where sex is painful or impossible due to intense involuntary muscular contractions around the genitals. Symptoms can include genital pain, loss of libido or loss of sex drive, self-esteem problems, fear of penetration, painful sex, depression and much more.

see Vaginismus page

Frigdity (Hypoactive sexual desire disorder )

A general loss of the urge for sex, a lack of desire, not even sexual thoughts. These symptoms obviously have a detrimental effect in a relationship.

Sexual aversion and lack of sexual enjoyment

The fear of sexual intercourse or even sexual interaction of any type causes a moving away from the situation or the biological responses occur and intercourse can successfully take place but no pleasure is gained from the actions even if orgasm is reached.

Orgasmic Dysfunction

Orgasm either does not take place or there is a noticeable delay.
For women it is often the case that orgasm does not occur in certain situations such as masturbation or with particular partners.

Orgasm only occurs during sleep, never during the waking hours.
Orgasm never occurs in the presence of the partner.
Orgasm occurs in the presence of the partner but not during intercourse.

see Anorgasmia page

Dysparenuia ( Pain during sexual intercourse )

Occurs in both sexes and is , in women similar to Virginismus but should not be confused , as the pain is not purely due to lack of lubrication.
This can be extremely painful and produces symptoms which relate to several of the other sexual dysfunctions which I have described earlier.

Nymphomania

This dysfunction displays an excessive sexual drive , a need to have sexual intercourse yet often either deriving great pleasure and therefore a need for more or no pleasure except that of (unsuccessfully in the long run ) calming an inexplicable anxiety within themselves.

Or are you lacking in sexual confidence ?

Sexual Inhibitions

Low sex drive , Loss of sex drive, lack of interest in sex or low libido can cause frustration and problems within a relationship. One partner avoids sexual intercourse, avoids sexual thoughts, has no desire for sex etc.

  •  Bad self image

  •  fear of experimentation

  •  feelings of sex being dirty or wrong

  •  Difficulty in talking about sex

  •  feelings of guilt / shame

These are just some of the many inhibitions people have about sex and the subject of sexuality
