subject and the hypnotherapist.
What happens in a
session
There are 5 Steps
(usually takes 2-3 sessions to complete all
steps)

Consultation to chat about your bad habit and understand what
is happening in your head.
2. Look
into the cause of the bad habit
3. Find
what prevents you from changing or stopping the habit
4.
Counteracting or removing the cause of the bad habit
5.
Learning to take back control
I teach self hypnosis
to my clients to allow them to continue to take control of
their problem long after the need for a clinical session with
me has passed.
